Syrok: The Snack You Need To Know About

Syrok is a delicious and handy snack that is quickly gaining popularity. Tecnalis-Food Processing designs customised syrok processing lines for each customer, thus introducing an innovative product to its assortment.

Made from curd dough, syrok is presented as a bar coated with a glaze, usually chocolate, making it an irresistible choice for any time of the day. Its main ingredient is cottage cheese, mixed with sugar and butter, which gives it a smooth, creamy texture. It also comes in several varieties, using different types of chocolate and fruit jams to suit all tastes.

Syrok is a high protein snack with a high carbohydrate and protein content. This snack is kept in the fridge or freezer and is consumed semi-cold and enhances its texture and taste, providing a refreshing and enjoyable eating experience.

In food processing plants, canning lines are fundamental to the safe preservation and distribution of products. This process includes several key stages, each performed by specialised machinery such as fillers, seamers and can sterilisation machines.

Each stage is crucial to ensure that the final product meets the necessary quality and safety standards.

Our main markets are canneries of fish, meat, vegetables, fruit, oil, olives, powdered milk, dried fruit and nuts, canned food manufacturers, etc./p>
Can fillers:

Fillers are the starting point in a canning line. Their main function is to receive and organise empty cans for subsequent filling. They can handle different sizes and types of cans, according to product specifications.

With the conveyor the cans are moved from the storage area to the filling line.

Alignment systems: ensure that the cans are positioned correctly to avoid line interruptions.

Sensors and controllers detect the presence of cans and adjust the flow according to the needs of the production line.

Can seamers:

Seaming machines for cans of all shapes: rectangular, oval, round, etc., in aluminium, tinplate or composite, seaming standard metal lids, easy open or easy open (peel seam, peel off…).

– Design and manufacture of new seaming machinery.
– Complete overhaul of different models of old seaming machines.
– Technical assistance to customers all over the world.

We offer atmospheric seaming machines with the possibility of gas steam injection, or also vacuum seaming machines for meat products such as corn beef or luncheon meat canned in rectangular cans.

Can sterilisation:

Sterilisation is a critical step to ensure the safety and durability of the canned product. This process eliminates microorganisms that could cause product spoilage or health problems.

Autoclave machinery sterilises filled and sealed cans by applying heat, pressure or both, eliminating potential contaminants.
