1. Pig slaughter
We offer slaughter capacities from 15 to 240 pigs per hour. In addition, we optimise investment and improve every process. Our approach therefore reduces labour costs through design, automation and improved mechanics. We also maintain meat quality by taking care of several key aspects. These include time management in stunning (with CO2 or electronarcosis), temperature and duration of scalding and dehairing, as well as the pace of work in the slaughterhouse. At the same time, as manufacturers with our own engineering department, we adapt to the specific needs of each customer. This includes the slaughter of both white and Iberian pigs.
2. Cattle slaughter
Our lines can process from 10 to 40 cattle per hour. In addition, we prioritise both meat quality and operator safety and comfort. We also offer very competitive equipment that complies with European animal welfare standards. On the other hand, we adapt our slaughter lines with specific machinery for the treatment of SRM and the use of by-products. We also provide specific equipment for HALAL ritual slaughter. Finally, we work with our customers in the design and development of the line to optimise the investment.
3. Sheep slaughter
The lines we offer can process from 50 to 400 sheep per hour. In addition, they are adapted to different working and production methods, both for traditional slaughter and for the HALAL ritual. We also prioritise ergonomics and hygiene on our production lines. We provide different levels of automation according to the customer’s needs, always in compliance with animal welfare regulations. Our aim is to guarantee the best quality of the final product, respecting market requirements and current regulations.
